Standard Chartered appoints Head of Consumer Banking
22 March 2011, Doha Qatar -Standard Chartered Bank has announced the appointment of Sundaram Padmanabhan as the Head of Consumer Banking for the Bank in Qatar. In his new role, Sundaram will be responsible for the strategy development and management of the Bank's Consumer Banking business with a focus on the Premium Customer segments.
Sundaram was previously with Standard Chartered Bahrain as the Head of Consumer Transaction Banking, Northern Gulf, Levant and Oman, before joining Standard Chartered Bank Qatar. He brings with him more than 20 years of extensive knowledge and international banking experience.
