Standard Chartered Bank organizes its annual Blood Donation campaign
29th April 2010, Qatar -Standard Chartered Bank Qatar, in association with the Hamad Medical Corporation organized a day-long blood donation drive on the 12th of April.
David Godwin, Standard Chartered Bank Qatar Chief Executive Officer said," Standard Chartered Bank's blood donation campaign has consistently been able to involve a significant numbers of our employees who come forward to donate blood and support a worthy cause. There is a deep rooted commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility at all levels and we are regularly involved in various programs that support social causes. The Group is actively involved in leading community initiatives, in supporting the society, healthcare, education, culture and heritage of the country."
