Our Health Safety and Environment (HS&E) Policy stresses the importance of managing the work place to ensure that it is a great place to work that is free of danger and HS&E risks to our staff and customers.
HS&E Standards set out what is required to ensure a safe place to work at each of our locations. There are Regional HS&E Managers who are responsible for conducting audits and inspections as part of the assurance process to ensure that the standards are met. They are supporting by local HS&E Country Coordinators in each country where we operate.
The Standards ensure that there is a consistent approach to the management of HS&E risks across the group. Ensuring the Standards are maintained is part of the process to ensure that there is a great place to work that is safe and that our work activities do not present a risk to the environment.
