Account Opening Requirements
- Minimum opening requirements for individual Current Accounts
- One passport size photograph
- Original & Copy of ID or valid passport
- Proof of residence; either an electricity bill/water bill/tenancy agreement

You receive free e-statements daily, weekly or monthly depending on your preference. The e-Statement outlines the transactions that have taken place during the period and that have been processed by us by that date.

- Dial *177# You will receive the message ‘welcome to SCB Mobile Banking, please enter your mobile banking PIN.
- Select ANSWER/REPLY/OK, enter your 6 digit PIN and SEND. You will receive a message ‘’welcome to SCB portal’’, select service
- Select ANSWER/REPLY and enter the number that corresponds to the option that you want to use and SEND
- Upon successful completion of any transaction/request, you will receive a message – ‘’ thank you, you will receive a reply shortly’’
- You will then receive a text response with your account balance, mini-statement or transaction reference number depending on the request that you made.
