Jeremy Bollington joined Standard Chartered in August 2011 as the Regional Head of Origination & Client Coverage (OCC) and Co-Head of Wholesale Banking for the Americas.

Based in New York, Jeremy is responsible for the strategy and direction of the wholesale banking client franchise across the Americas region. The ever growing importance of the Group’s core footprint of Asia, Africa and the Middle East to Americas domiciled Corporates and Financial Institutions presents a significant growth opportunity, and Jeremy is tasked with driving deeper client penetration and growth of our global business with Americas clients.

Jeremy has considerable international wholesale banking experience - prior to joining Standard Chartered, Jeremy spent over 25 years with the HSBC Group, primarily focused on client coverage. During his time with HSBC, Jeremy held various senior positions in London, Hong Kong and for the last 14 years in New York. He was most recently responsible for HSBC’s Corporate Client coverage in North America, having previously built their Consumer & Retail Industry Group.
