Loan to cover personal requirements like renovation, extension, construction, durable purchase, education and other personal requirement.
Alternative Property: up to 60% of market value, up to 20 years
Already owned Ready Property mortgaged for purchase of under-construction Property.
Criteria
Age
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Maximum age at loan maturity: 55/60 (female/male) for salaried. 65 for Self-employed
- Relationship between Main & Co-Borrower must be Immediate Family
Income
- Minimum net income is VND 10mio (USD 570) for salaried, VND 20mio (USD 1,140) for self-employed
- At least 1 year of working period for salaried and 3 years for self-employed
Interest Rate
- Customer may choose up front the re-pricing cycle as 1 or 3 or 6 or 12-months
- "Interest Only" - "Pre EMI" up to max 3 years (Under-construction Property)
Loan Size & Tenor
- Loan Size: VND 200Mio to VND 5Bio
- Age of Property not to exceed 20 years
- Tenor: min 3 years
Insurance Coverage
- Fire Insurance would be bought by SCB (FREE for customer) covering 100% of the Loan Outstanding
- If Customer wants to buy additional property insurance, s/he must notify SCB immediately

General Required Documentation
Salaried Customer
- Copy of National ID Card/Passport (for Vietkieu or Foreigner only)
- Copy of valid work permit/Visa
- Copy of Permanent Resident Book/KT3/HK09
- Copy of Marital Status Certificate/Single Certificate or Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate of Spouse
- Copy of Property Ownership or related valid documents to Property which is used as Collateral
- Copy of Purchase Agreement, Reservation Agreement, ... together with related payment invoice/receipt (if any)
- Evidence on Loan Purpose (e.g. construction license for renovation/extension, purchase contract for home loan)
- 3-month of the latest pay slips or bank statement signed and authorized stamp by the pre-approved employer.

Self-employed Customer
- Copy of National ID Card/Passport (for Vietkieu and Foreigner only)
- Copy of valid work permit/Visa
- Copy of Permanent Resident Book/KT3/HK09
- Copy of Marital Status Certificate/Single Certificate or Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate of spouse
- Certified true copy of FD and 6-month bank statement
- Copy of Business License
- Copy of Property Ownership or related valid documents to Property which is used as Collateral
- Copy of Purchase Agreement, Reservation Agreement, ... together with related payment invoice/receipt (if any)
- Evidence on Loan Purpose (e.g. construction license for renovation/extension, purchase contract for home loan)
- Evidence to show Length of relationship with the existing bank is more than 6-month and 1-year for PB and Non-PB respectively
- Proof of other income (if any), e.g. car rental, warehouse rental
- In case of joint account, provable document to show both must sign
Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Limited ("the Bank") will give you an initial response on your loan application within 30 days from the date that the Bank receives your completed and valid required documents
