• Excel Banking offers an exclusive differentiated service targeted at high net worth individuals with minimum deposits of ZMK 5m on Current Accounts, ZMK 6m on Savings Accounts, ZMK 10m on Fixed Deposit Accounts and USD 8,500 or equivalent on Foreign Currency Accounts.
• Separate Banking area that allows you to do all your banking in absolute comfort and privacy. There are three, separate excel banking centres at Lusaka Main branch, Zambia Way branch Kitwe and at Chingola Branch. A fourth Excel Banking centre will soon open at North End branch Lusaka.
• Centres offer privacy, confidentiality and personal one to one dedicated service.
• A dedicated Customer Relationship Manager and Teller handling both local and foreign currency transactions
• Telephone Banking.
