You can contact us for various issues relating to bank products and services and you will speak to a friendly and knowledgeable Contact Centre Customer Service Representative who will gladly assist you.
To get in touch with our contact Centre, please dial 5247 (toll free) on all Zambian mobile networks. The Contact Centre operates from 08:00hrs to 18:00hrs from Monday to Friday and from 08:00hrs to 12:30hrs on Saturdays. You can also talk to us after 18:00hrs on the following ho lines: +260 966 999 990 and +260 977 999 990 .

The service is free of charge when you call us on the toll free line 5247 on all networks. However, when you call us on the hotlines, you will charged by your telephone services provider according to your tariff plan.
Can I access the service from overseas?
Yes. As long as the customer is roaming. You can also call us on the hotlines from other foreign networks.
